It is not often that I take the time out of my busy schedule to write a letter regarding my personal experience with a company and how its employees provided excellent customer service. Today, I feel compelled to share my experience with you.

My encounter with Mobile Mini began last year in the March/April 2011 timeframe when I contacted a member of the Home Depot administrative staff to procure/lease an office and storage trailer for my use on the construction site of the Houston Dynamo Stadium. Eventually I was put in contact with Margaret Lollar who tirelessly and relentlessly provided me quote after quote and countless pages of documentation. Her patience and dedication to providing excellent customer service must be commended. She answered all my questions and we ultimately decided on 2 trailers (one for an office and one for supplies).

Next came the delivery driver Mario who called ahead of time to verify date and time of delivery, plus he asked a lot of questions about placement because, as I later learned, was critical in the placement of loading so the doors were in the direction when unloading. This was excellent planning and thus providing excellent customer service in my opinion.

Finally, it came time to schedule the pick-up and removal last week. Once the details, were worked out I contacted Margaret to ask some questions about the keys and locks which she answered and passed me on to dispatch. Her pleasant nature and assistance again showed the value of customer service. The day before the pick-up Mario called and he remembered me and the location; which instilled confidence in me about your company and again excellent customer service.

On the day of the pick-up only one trailer was able to be removed because there was too much debris and material in front of the other trailer (other tenants hadn't cleaned up their mess). I didn't realize this until 5pm on Friday 1/6/12 when the General Contractor called me and told me the trailer HAD to be removed next day, Saturday. I called Margaret, who to my surprise answered, listened and quickly transferred me to David and Pearl in dispatch. I really didn't think it would be possible to remove the trailer on such short notice; however, they listened to my pleas with a sympathetic ear and offered a solution to meet the next day deadline. That in my humble opinion is going above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. From start to finish my whole experience with EVERY individual of your organization was FIRST RATE in providing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I truly understand that it starts at the top with the leaders; however, it is the commitment of the whole organization to really make it work.

In the summer of 2011 I had the opportunity to produce a cultural engagement that was quite unique to the City of Chicago. My task was to create a city out of shipping containers as a temporary space for local designers, architects, and artists to display their creative works. The 'city' was called Built and was set up as a street festival in Chicago's trendy Wickerpark Neighborhood. I knew I would need a partner experienced in shipping containers who could not only handle the logistics but also have the creativity to understanding my project in order to best anticipate the unique challenges that would arise. And like every project, I had a budget.

After much research I settled on Mobile Mini and I couldn't have been happier. I really felt like Mobile Mini took a personal interest in my project and helped walk me through the whole production production. Mobile Mini supplied me with shipping containers in excellent condition, with no holes or broken doors, they made repeated site visits with me prior to the event to survey the actual location and plan the load in/load out that would occur. Mobile Mini worked with me to ensure that everything was in budget and even helped me identify the things I hadn't planned on, like the need to rent a forklift. It would have been impossible to execute this project without the expert advice and attention I received. Mobile Mini also has a national reach which will be really wonderful if I ever get to take my projects to other cities. I would definitely work with them again.

I am particularly grateful to, Roger Quinlan, Nathan Ritchie, and Keri Martinez. You guys really made the whole experience wonderful and went well beyond my highest expectations of customer service and business support. Thank you very much!

I have had the pleasure and fortune of interning at the Deutsche Bank Championships for the past three months, in that time I have had many responsibilities and tasks. One of these was the ordering and scheduling of the storage units required on site for our Championship, to complete this task I used Mobile Mini.

The sales agent I was connected with, Tim Stone, has been more than helpful, he has gone above and beyond the call of duty, catering to our last minute needs and responding immediately to our issues. I need to tell about the excellent service provided me by Casey, your driver, when he delivered the Records Storage Vault yesterday. After I provided you the specifics for loading the vault with respect to the doors, the location changed the morning of the delivery. Casey called me and asked me where to deliver the vault. Unwittingly, I responded, "right next to where we placed the last one." Unfortunately, I forgot to tell Casey, that I meant " at the hospital, right next to the last vault we placed at the hospital." I was a bit discombobulated due to the change of location, I suppose. I called Lee when I realized my error, and Lee as always, called Casey on the radio and told him I needed him to deliver the vault to the hospital.

Once Casey arrived, he and I had to walk to the near impossible location selected for this vault. He simply told, "we can get it in there, but I'll have to go to the railhead and re-load the vault so the doors will be on the correct side. I'll call you when I'm finished." I agreed and thanked him for his consideration. Fully expecting for me to help with the placement, Casey called about 45 minutes later and asked me to come out and sign his paperwork. Upon my arrival at the site, he had carefully worked his big rig into the tiny space, unloaded the vault exactly where I asked, and was happily waiting for me to get there to sign his paperwork. What Exceptional Customer Service!!!

This may be a long explanation to the length of War and Peace, but I wanted to explain how incredibly accommodating Casey was and how expertly he handled the disastrous instructions I provided you to pass to him. His attitude is commendable, his professionalism is impeccable, his customer service exceptional, and his friendship, most incredible. Please give Casey my sincere thanks for such an exceptional performance and professional outcome for this difficult if not near impossible delivery.

Also, please know that this is another example of the outstanding customer service afforded me and my customers by your Mobile Mini, Inc. branch office. I have yet to find anyone within your branch office that fails to provide the highest level of professional customer service. From the receptionists to you, to Lee, to the drivers, to the office staff, and yes, even to Cassie the branch manager, and anyone else I might have left out. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you all for making my job an incredible success. Please know that it you who deserve the credit for all that we mutually accomplish. I'm just the funny looking old guy that has become like all of you, a master juggler.

Another contractor on our job site had a competitor's container that was broken into 4 times. I advised him to call Mobile Mini because of the tri-cam security system, and raved that Mobile Mini has the most secure containers available. They swapped the competitor container for a Mobile Mini container and it has been secure every since.

This is just a quick email to let you know how well your locking system works. On April 26,2011 at our job site in Greensboro NC, where I have 2 40ft storage boxes rented from Mobile Mini, the first one I rented I did not purchase the Mobile Mini lock for that box, just used my own paddle lock. On the second box I rented it had two doors, one on each end so I purchased your locks for that box. The thefts cut my lock off and stole about $5000 dollars worth of material, but they could not cut off your locks and didn't steal anything from that box which is great because there was about $90,000 stored in that unit with your locks. So thank you for a great lock storage container.

I'm attaching a copy of a police report from our 65 West project. On December 1st 2010 an attempt was made to "break-in" to one of the Mobile Mini containers we rented to store equipment and material. Fortunately, your container was impregnable! The thieves spent a great deal of time to cut through the thick steel hinges only to be deterred (frustrated!) by the throw lock system! Extreme effort and energy expanded only to be thwarted!! Way to go Mobile Mini!

You were very patient to answer all of our questions, address our needs and you obviously hand picked a "used" unit that was in very good condition.
