What delivery options are available? Like, how much clearance is needed, is it just dropped off at the curb or could it be placed somewhere specific on the property? I think at 25 footer is going to fit better in our space and should be big enough for our needs.

Well the container has to go on your property, cannot be put on the street and depending on the size of the unit and where you are putting it the truck size can vary. In that case a 25' container can fit on our tilt truck which is the smallest truck we have about the size of a dump truck, it needs about 65ft of straight clearance at some point. The bed of the truck tilts up as the driver slowly pulls forward. Height of truck with container on it is 21' feet high, at its highest point.
