Use only the "Discus" lock or Mobile Mini ContainerGuard Lock^® as stated on the exterior of the door. Use of the recommended lock will afford the highest level of security.

Grease or oil the hinges and strike plates as needed to maintain ease of operation.

Check for leaks and perform minor repair to prevent damage to your contents, or call for Mobile Mini Service before damage is done to your goods.

Do not allow unit to be placed where a sprinkler system could possibly shoot water into vents or other openings. Do not allow placement of the unit in low lying areas subject to flooding or standing water.

If you have a break-in or break-in attempt, first call the police, and then call Mobile Mini so our Service Department can promptly repair any damage.

Be sure to not place obstructions in front of or near the unit that may prevent or impair Mobile Mini's pickup. (60' of clearance required for 5', 10' or 20' units; and 120' of clearance required for 35' and 40' units). Do not stack combustible materials near the unit.

Be sure to engage all the cane locks on the interior of the left-hand double door, or right-hand door may not close.

Be sure to remove your lock and all of your personal property, dispose of any trash and make the unit available in a clean fashion, suitable for immediate use by another Customer. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleanup fee.

When requesting pickup or relocation, please have unit number handy -- and be sure to get and keep your Confirmation Number!
