Safety Warnings
Do not lock anyone or any living thing inside. Don't block the vents - let the unit breathe. This will reduce heat build-up and also reduce the build-up of any harmful vapors. When you are using the unit, securely restrain the doors in the open position to prevent wind or other influences from causing the door to suddenly move, possibly causing injury or damage. Place warning tape, safety cones or warning barricades around the portable storage unit to appropriately warn others of your activity -- be sure that the unit is visibly protected. Check with and comply with your local regulatory authorities for permits and comply with any applicable rules, regulations or laws. Storage of hazardous or "prohibited" materials as defined in the Terms and Conditions of the Contract is prohibited. Securely tie, brace and safely secure any material or goods stored in the unit. Do not stack materials on the unit or allow debris to collect on the roof of the unit which can lead to pooling of water and possible rusting and leaking of roof. Do not climb or store materials on the roof, as accessing the roof can be dangerous and the materials may also damage the roof. Don't lift, pull or move the unit. Don't allow grass or weeds to grow up, underneath or near the unit. Do not store any combustible material near the unit. If the unit is to be moved or relocated by Mobile Mini, be sure to package, stack wrap, cover, cushion, position, restrain and tie all personal property securely and in a sufficient fashion and adequate manner for portable storage purposes, for truck transport and for forklift handling by Mobile Mini, all of which may incur tilting, vibration, impacts and other road and handling hazards. The preceding Safety Warnings for Portable Storage Units are to be considered as suggestions only. They are not intended to be a complete or final list as Customer's conditions may vary widely, and may require other different or more extensive precautionary methods. It is the Customer's responsibility to use reasonable and prudent care, and to read and follow all warning notices or instructions on any Equipment used. Please see your Contract and its contained TERMS AND CONDITIONS for the complete listing of the contractual relationship between the Customer and MOBILE MINI.
