Thinking about a career with Mobile Mini, Inc.? It's the best thought I ever had. A little over 10 years ago I answered a small ad for a company needing a dispatcher. The company was of course Mobile Mini, Inc. it didn't take long for me to realize I was in one of the best companies in America. The family values that they fostered were showered upon me almost immediately. I watched this dynamic company shoot to the top of the industry. And we are still there today. With their everlasting encouragement and support, I have not only risen with them professionally, but personally too.

I watched them consistently promote from within the company and knew I had the same opportunity as everyone else who showed the same dedication as they did. Not just to become the best in the business at what we do, but to hire, train, and cultivate the best, most talented people in a very unique way.

I spent 5 years in transportation where I was exposed to all aspects of the business inside the company and out. I was then approached by management to become a branch manager for them with the assuredness that they would be there all the way to help me learn and grow even more. They have never skipped a beat. I am now a regional manager traveling to some of the best cities in America.

I started with Mobile Mini 8 years ago and of the first things that impressed me was the attitude of Teamwork throughout the company. That impression is reality. At every level of the Company you can count on everyone working together and there is a sense of family. We have fun as we work hard to get the job done every day.

Another great part of working here is the policy of promoting from within. I started working 8 years ago as a salesperson, now I am a Regional Manager.

I never would have imagined storage containers would be the industry where I would make a career; but I have found great success and happiness with Mobile Mini. My employment began as a Sales Representative in Austin, TX in 1999. I found that position challenging and exciting and through the tools I learned and applied, I found success financially and professionally.

In 2001 when our company hit a growth spurt I was able to advance within the company by heading up a new location in Louisville, KY as Branch Manager. Again this was another challenging and exciting time where I continued to hone my skills and learn new tools.

Through this continued growth, I was promoted to Regional Manager in 2003 where I have had the opportunity to work with many Mobile Mini locations and employees. Throughout my tenure with Mobile Mini I have taken pride in growing relationships with co-workers and customers alike.

What I appreciate most about Mobile Mini is being able to partner with a company that cares for its employees, provides room for growth and recognizes employees for their accomplishments.
