Christopher J. Miner

Chris Miner has been our General Counsel and Secretary since joining Mobile Mini in June 2008. Mr. Miner is responsible for all of our legal strategy, compliance, litigation, and regulatory matters. He also supports our Board of Directors in developing and maintaining best practices in governance policies and procedures. Mr. Miner is admitted to practice law in Arizona and New York. Before he joined us, Mr. Miner was a partner with the law firm DLA Piper, where he was in the firm's corporate group and practiced in the areas of securities, mergers & acquisitions, and finance. Earlier in his career, Mr. Miner was an attorney in New York and Europe with Davis Polk & Wardwell where he specialized in corporate and securities law. Mr. Miner received a B.A. in German in 1996 and a J.D. cum laude in 1999 from Brigham Young University, where he also was a senior editor of the Law Review.
