Mobile Mini is monitoring the Coronavirus pandemic on a regular basis, as the fluidity of
the virus instills a need for continuous updates to our plans and policies. Our “Safety First”
Core Value as a company is something we will continue to prioritize.
Employees are frequently updated on precautions to take. Some of these include keeping
physical contact to a minimum through remote work/ telecommuting and Skype/ Zoom
video meetings while also maintaining good hygiene practices and informing their
employer if they are not feeling well. Should employees feel ill, they are encouraged to
stay home and to follow outlines expressed by the CDC here:
We are implementing more diligent and frequent cleaning procedures in our Field and
Service Center locations. Further, we are limiting meetings, trainings and/ or large
gatherings to business critical only (on and off-site). Mobile Mini created an internal Task
Force dedicated to monitoring the effectiveness of our response and to develop new
strategies as needed. For example, reviewing staffing plans to ensure essential personnel
are identified and available to safely operate facilities and business when necessary.
Finally, we have communicated with our employees our flexible time-off policies to ensure
their safety and the safety of others.
If employees are confirmed positive case, employees are not permitted at work.
Employees are encouraged to seek medical advice and guidance from the health
